Patient: 38 year-old female post-coma with retinal whitening


History:			38 year-old female 5 d Hx cough/malaise/weakness Respiratory arrest in ER, seizure, cardiac arrest...resuscitated Negative past ocular Hx



Medical Problems:			Diabetes-glucose 1698 Seizures due to electrolyte imbalance Pancreatitis -Amylase 1530 u/L (N range 20-100 u/L) -Lipase 5088 u/L




Ophthalmic exam:			VA - CF @ 1 ft OU Pupils - no RAPD IOP 11, 12, mm Hg Slit Lamp Exam - Normal anterior segment Fundus:
