Neuroblastoma is one of the more common childhood malignancies. It has been found to metastasis to the orbit, although primary malignancies have been reported. The tumor is a malignant neoplasm of embryonic tissue. Patients often present with ecchymotic eyelid. Treatment is directed by a pediatric oncologist and requires systemic chemotherapy. Back to Orbit
