Continuing Education Fund and Corporate Sponsorship Information

The University of Wisconsin Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences prides itself on a strong reputation of quality medical education both for medical students as well as practicing eye care professionals. These educational programs have relied on the generosity of private support for past funding. Your support of these programs is one of the major reasons the UW continues to be regarded as a national leader in eye care.

Sponsorship of our medical education programs includes the following four levels:

Platinum Level:	$5,000 and above
Gold Level:	$2,500 - $4,999
Silver Level:	$1,000 - $2,499
Individual Sponsorship:	$0-$999

Your contributions are used to cover the costs of program expenses including speaker honorariums, audio visual equipment, room rental, modest refreshments and travel/lodging expenses incurred by visiting professors.

In recognition of your support, your company will be acknowledged as a sponsor at the corresponding level for all our programs throughout the year and their related promotional materials.

If you should decide to provide additional support over the coming year, we will add this to your current contribution and recognize you at the new level appropriately.
